Winning





Well it’s been a week. 7 days! I’ve exercised, I’ve drank enough water to drown a…well I don’t know what but something and I’ve been eating healthy. I’m weighing myself tomorrow to see how I’ve done weight wise, but I already know the first week has been successful. Between exercising every day and writing this every day, I am on my way to a new mind set and that’s the first step in a healthier lifestyle. I’m happier, I have more energy, my back still hurts but not near as much as it did and the pains in my legs are almost gone. Except the knee pain and even that is getting better.

Tracking weight loss is a good way to tell how you’re doing, but how do you track your outlook? That’s just something that you notice as you go along the way. If I could quantify my outlook and put it on a graph it would definitely be a line moving up. Weight down; outlook up. Yup, I’d say I’m winning.




Sunday – Grocery shopping and leg lifts as I go up and down in the process of making my granddaughter’s First Communion Dress

  • Breakfast – orange, hard boiled egg and 1 cup of coffee.
  • AM Snack – ½ cup nuts
  • Dinner – Vegan Pizza. (had a late breakfast so no lunch)
