Tough Day

Had a really rough night last night. I’m not feeling good and my husband is worse. We were both up all night coughing and he has an ear infection on top of that. I got up at and got us both some cough medicine. He went to sleep but snored for the rest of the night. He’s not usually a snorer so it wasn’t something I’m used to. I think I got maybe 2 hours of sleep, from 5 to 7. I usually get up at 6 to exercise so I missed that.

Hopefully tonight will be better because I’m setting that alarm and getting up!!!

Tuesday – Exercise - Nada

  • Breakfast – A banana, 1 slice of sourdough toast and 1 cup of oolong tea with honey. (1/2 the caffeine of coffee.)
  • AM Snack – too tired to eat.
  • Lunch – This is so embarrassing. 4 Little Caesar’s breadsticks dipped in cheesy jalapeño dip and cup of LF yogurt. (I should’ve had a snack)
  • PM Snack – an orange
  • Dinner – small plate of spaghetti, a salad and a glass of white wine. (I know, I know, it’s supposed to be red with spaghetti but the white was open and only one glass left)
