Today is the big day! My first weigh in. Drum roll please…204.4. I lost 2.2 lbs. I lost weight. That’s good. It’s really hard to see the scale still hitting 200+ but I lost weight. If I keep this up I’ll be under 200 in 2 weeks.
Today was hard. Today was a grazing day. I don’t know why but I just felt like eating ALL day! Sometimes I actually felt hungry, other times I didn’t feel hungry at all I just felt like eating. I took Kerrie’s advice and drank lots of water; that helped some. The best thing was when I ate, I usually ate healthy stuff. Good thing I got a tree full of oranges in the back yard.
Like Scarlett always says: Tomorrow is another day. Another day to exercise. Another day to eat right. Another day to enjoy life. I LOST 2.2 POUNDS! YAY ME!!!
Monday – 20 Min. 1 mile on the elliptical
- Breakfast – banana and slice of whole grain toast and 1 cup of coffee.
- AM Snack – 2 oranges.
- Lunch – Vegan Pizza
- PM Snack – 12 Sweet potato chips and an apple
- Dinner – Grilled veggies over rice and beans and a salad.
